Return and Refund Policy

All projects require a non-refundable deposit before any work begins. This deposit secures your project in our schedule and covers initial planning, administrative, and setup costs. Once a deposit is received, it cannot be refunded.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your project after services have begun, please contact us as soon as possible. You may be responsible for any work already completed at the time of cancellation. Depending on the stage of the project, a partial refund for unused services may be issued at our discretion.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because each project is unique and customized:

Completed services (such as editing, formatting, coaching, or cover design) are non-refundable.
Unstarted services (that were paid for in advance) may be eligible for a partial refund upon written request, depending on circumstances and our review.
